Marketplace role

We provide a broker platform to search vehicle inventory from participating auction sources. Listings, availability, sale dates, and vehicle condition are provided by third-party auction providers and may change without notice.

Accounts and bidding

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure.
• Bids, buy-now purchases, and deposits are subject to auction provider rules, buyer fees, and applicable law.
• We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

Referral program

Affiliate partners must follow program rules, disclose referral relationships where required, and may not engage in misleading promotion. Commission terms are described in the affiliate application and partner communications.

Intellectual property

Site content, trademarks, and platform materials are owned by Next Level Marketplace, CORP Holdings, or licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute content without written permission.

Disclaimer

This site is provided “as is.” Vehicle history, photos, and listing details are supplied by third parties and should be verified before purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not required by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Level Marketplace and CORP Holdings are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or third-party auction transactions.
