Getting started

Create your account

Registration is required before you can bid or submit a Buy It Now request. You will provide contact details and verify your identity with an official government ID (passport or driver’s license).

Set your bid power (deposit)

A refundable security deposit establishes how much you can bid. Industry standard for auction brokers:

  • Minimum deposit $600 — typically covers maximum bids up to about $6,000.
  • Higher bids — deposit is at least 10% of your maximum bid (e.g. $8,500 max bid → $850 deposit).
  • Deposits may be added by card, Zelle, or wire transfer. Wire deposits can often be applied toward the vehicle purchase; card deposits are usually refunded separately after payment.
  • You can request a deposit refund from your account when you have no active bids.

Deposit and live bidding are planned for Phase 2 on this site. You can register and browse inventory today.

Search & choose a vehicle

Search hundreds of thousands of lots updated daily from Copart, IAAI, Manheim, Odessa, MPA, and other partner auctions. Use filters for make, model, year, damage, title type, location, bid range, and odometer — or open Advanced search for the full filter set.

On each lot page, review photos, VIN, primary damage, title type, yard location, sale date, and current bid before you commit.

Tip: Check vehicle history (Carfax, AutoCheck, or similar) before bidding. Auction listings are sold as-is; brokers do not inspect or guarantee condition or title status.

Bidding process

Stage 1 Preliminary bidding

Place your max bid before the live sale. Compete with other early bidders to set the opening price.

Stage 2 Live auction

The auctioneer runs the sale in real time. Your proxy bid auto-increments only as needed.

Maximum (proxy) bid

  • Enter the highest price you are willing to pay on the lot page.
  • During the live sale, the system raises your bid in small increments only as needed to keep you as high bidder — you may win below your max.
  • Example: max bid $5,000, but no competitor above $4,000 → you win at $4,000.
  • You can increase, lower, or cancel your max bid before the live auction starts. If outbid, you are notified by email.

Buy It Now

Some sellers list a fixed Buy It Now price instead of waiting for auction. Submit a request from the lot page; it is processed immediately and cannot be canceled once submitted.

Sale status types

Pure sale

No reserve — highest bidder at the close of the live auction wins.

On minimum bid

Seller set a reserve. If the minimum is not met, the seller has until the next business day to accept or decline.

On approval

Seller must approve the final high bid by the next business day after the sale.

After you win

Payment

  • You receive an email with an invoice for the vehicle price plus auction fees.
  • Payment is typically due within three working days of the sale, including the sale day.
  • Wire transfer is the standard method at most banks and online banking portals.

Documentation & pickup

After payment, the broker coordinates title paperwork, gate release, and logistics. You do not need to deal with the auction yard directly.

Shipping & delivery

Full-service brokers handle logistics end to end. On Buy Now checkout you can opt in to automated domestic transport by Next Level Transportation — we queue pickup from the auction yard to your delivery address after payment clears.

  • Domestic USA — transport from the auction yard to your address or a holding lot.
  • Export — delivery to a port of departure, container loading, and ocean freight to your destination port.
  • Track status updates, photos, and milestones in your account back office.

Export and international quotes are provided after you win or complete Buy Now.
