Return & Cancellation Policy
Overview
Next Level Marketplace brokers access to third-party auction inventory. Vehicle sales are subject to auction provider rules, lot condition at time of sale, and applicable law. This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and dispute expectations for services on this platform.
Auction purchases
- Winning bids and completed buy-now purchases are generally final once the auction provider confirms the sale.
- Auction vehicles are sold as-is unless a specific guarantee is stated on the lot listing.
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing photos, damage reports, title type, and yard fees before bidding.
Deposits and platform fees
- Registration deposits or buyer fees may be non-refundable once applied to a purchase or processing has begun.
- If a transaction is cancelled due to platform error before auction confirmation, eligible fees will be refunded.
Cancellations before sale confirmation
If you need to cancel a pending buy-now request or pre-bid authorization before the underlying auction source confirms the sale, contact us immediately at support@corp-engine.com. We will attempt to stop processing but cannot guarantee cancellation once the auction provider has accepted the transaction.
Title, logistics, and disputes
- Title issues, yard release delays, or transportation problems should be reported promptly with lot number and VIN.
- We will help coordinate with the auction provider but do not control third-party yard or DMV timelines.
